It has been folded to fit into an envelope and is of European stationary size, measuring about 8.25 by 10.75. It has two binder holes (European style) punched along the left margin. Miller's address, "18 Villa Seurat, Paris (XIV)" is noted at the top. The date appears on the reverse side, 4/4/37.
